Hi L. Bagley,

Darren Rufe with BenchSmith gave me your name as a customer reference. I work for UC Berkeley and we are interested in having 4 custom "high-end" benches made for one of our Housing facility. BenchSmith is interested in making them. I understand that the benches they made for Heaven Hill Distilleries are recent so they have not be fully tested. Could you give me some feedback to these questions?
1. Is BenchSmith reliable?
2. Were your benches made on time?
3. Is the product what you had expected in quality, durability and detailing?
4. If you did not use BenchSmith, who would you use for custom benches?

2. Yes, they were made on time.
3. Yes, they were well made and in strict conformance with our design documents.
4. BenchSmith is now our custom design fabricator of choice and will remain so.
